Sound Healing to Gather What You’ve Grown A week before the Autumnal Equinox (Tuesday, September 22 at 5:05 p.m. PDT), nature is already turning toward gathering. September 15 sits in late Virgo season; the sign classically shown as a maiden holding a sheaf of wheat, sometimes called the Mother of the Harvest. The work of summer is ripening. The invitation is not to hustle harder, but to discern: what is ready to be received, what can be stored as wisdom, and what can be released so the field stays fertile. Sound belongs here. Vibration doesn’t force fruit to ripen; it helps the system come into coherence, so what is already growing can complete itself. In a sound healing, we let frequency do what the farmer does at harvest: gather, sort, and give thanks. Come rest in sound.
