Santos Arrona Atascadero EHS CCP - Open House & Ribbon Cutting

Description

CAPSLO is excited to announce the grand opening of our newly renovated Atascadero Early Head Start Child Care Partnership site, expanding access to high-quality early childhood education and care for local families.

This exciting milestone represents a significant investment in our community and the successful completion of a major renovation project. Through a federally approved 1303 application, CAPSLO was able to renovate an existing classroom at our Atascadero property and transform it into a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for toddlers.

The newly renovated classroom allows CAPSLO to bring eight Early Head Start Child Care Partnership federally funded slots back to San Luis Obispo County, serving children ages 18 to 36 months.

This expansion is especially meaningful as it helps address the ongoing need for toddler care in the Atascadero community. In addition to providing early learning opportunities, nurturing relationships, and comprehensive support services for families, the new classroom creates a natural stepping stone for children to transition into our existing Head Start preschool program, conveniently located on the same property.

We look forward to celebrating this grand opening with our community partners, local leaders, families, and staff who helped make this project possible.

Please park in the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero Hotel overflow parking. A bus shuttle will be provided.
