Ponek Appraisal Service provides appraisal services and consultation for a variety of complex real estate needs along California's Central Coast. The appraisal firm specializes in commercial properties in San Luis Obispo County and its surroundings communities. Specifically, our appraisal office specializes in commercial office & retail properties, mixed-use developments, industrial properties, multi-family housing, large ranches, estate planning and gifting, and special-purpose properties.

BLAKE Ponek, owner, is a commercial appraiser and San Luis Obispo County native. After working on Capitol Hill for the U.S. House Financial Services Committee, Blake returned to the Central Coast to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. Blake is a California Certified General Appraiser (License # 3000763), a former Staff Appraiser at McDonald Appraisal Service, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
